We do not accept any forms of insurance nor provide assistance in filing or resolving claims. Therefore, you are responsible for paying for your appointment in full before or at the time of service. We also do not accept personal injury cases for their potential of being litigated. These include worker’s compensation and accident cases (motor vehicle or otherwise) that were caused by another person, business, or vehicle.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. These visits are comprehensive in nature, and it is very important for you to show up on time for your appointment in order to be given the highest standard of care. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. We understand that there are emergencies and unexpected circumstances that may take place and interfere with your scheduled appointment time. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of half the appointment price. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the schedule that cannot be refilled by another patient. Being more than 10 minutes late to any appointment may be considered a missed appointment and subject to a refusal of treatment/rescheduling as it is difficult to give quality care to our standards when you are late.
